Founded by Joshua C. Matthews, JCM has supported commercial, institutional, and government-related facilities throughout the region by providing HVAC service, preventative maintenance, control systems support, and mechanical project coordination.
Today, JCM continues its legacy under the leadership of Chief Operating Officer Quiera N. Matthews Henson (daughter of the founder), who oversees daily operations, project coordination, customer relationships, and operational management while continuing the company’s commitment to dependable service and operational excellence.
